This position is responsible for the administrative function of the center which includes supervisory responsibility for all non-clinical staff , expense monitoring, billing, records and physical maintenance of the center. Also, assist Center Director with ensuring all consumers’ needs are met by staff scheduling. The position reports directly to Center Director.
Must possess a good attitude, work well with staff at all levels of the agency, be committed to working as part of a team, have a strong commitment to patient care, understand office flow, understand budgeting and have knowledge of Mental Health, Social Work or Health Care Fields.
Provide on-site supervision to all support services and maintains care of the facility.
Education and/or Experience:
Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Degree in business and/or business training preferred (Actual work experience will be taken into consideration). Prefer experience in a supervisory role at least three (3) years. Supervision of an office a plus.
Must have experience in most Microsoft products, prefer proficiency in Outlook, Excel (Advanced level), Word (Advanced Level). Experience in CMHC software a plus. Prefer proficiency in the use of a 10 Key calculator and working knowledge of standard office equipment (ex. Copier, Fax, Phone Systems, multiple Printing devices).
Must be able to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median; ability to interpret bar graphs.
