Job Description:


Provides supportive administrative functions to each service site.

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

Completing financial intakes and entering accurate data into the system by obtaining clients insurance cards, verifying coordination of benefits and fee setting for reimbursement purposes.  Answering phones, scheduling appointments, working with protected healthcare information.

Special Attributes: 

Must possess a good attitude, work well with others, have a strong commitment to patient care, understand office flow, understand budgeting and have knowledge of Mental Health, Social Work or Health Care Fields.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

May be asked to periodically oversee staff or lead by the Support Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:

Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Office experience in the healthcare field preferred.


Preferred Skills:

Language Skills:

Must be able to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median; ability to interpret bar graphs.
