Celebrate

Daymark celebrated one year of Tailored Care Management (TCM) services on December 1, 2023. During the first year of this pivotal program, which allows eligible clients the opportunity to work with a care team to ensure all physical, behavioral and social health needs are met, 338 staff across the organization provided TCM services to more than 5,000 individuals throughout the communities of North Carolina. We look forward to many more years of providing TCM services.
