Welcome to Daymark Recovery Services – Wilkes Outpatient Center located in North Wilkesboro, NC. We provide outpatient mental health and substance use treatment across North Carolina. Our outpatient clinics offer behavioral health services in a safe, supportive, community-based setting close to home.
We provide mental health assessments, individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, medication management, and substance use treatment. Our licensed professionals help children, teens, and adults manage symptoms, build coping skills, and work toward long-term recovery.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with evening options offered upon request. Walk-in appointments are accepted; however, wait times may vary. We encourage individuals to allow extra time when visiting without a scheduled appointment.
If this is your first time please bring the following with you:
- Insurance/Medicaid Card
- ID or Social Security Card
- Any referral documentation
Payment Options
- You can get care even if you can’t afford to pay. We will never turn anyone away, and emergency or crisis services are always available to everyone.
- Some services may be billed to your insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid.
- If you don’t have insurance, or if your coverage is limited, Daymark offers a sliding fee scale. This means your cost is based on what you can afford—and may be very low or even free.
What we do Here
Daymark Recovery Services is a non-profit organization established to provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare services as defined by those in the community in need of mental health or substance abuse treatment options. All of our staff are highly qualified individuals with a plethora of knowledge to suit individual care as needed. Each of our facilities has a core set of of service options available, however; some centers offer various group meetings or community outreach programs according to the service area. Please contact the center for schedules or further information as these programs and meetings vary and often change depending upon attendance and counselor availability.
