We are pleased to announce that Daymark Recovery Services has been selected by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to add Tailored Care Management to its current services array, effective December 1, 2022.
Tailored Care Management consists of office and community-based resources and supports to address each person’s individual needs in the areas of physical, behavioral, and social health. This new service emphasizes the importance of integrated care and was designed to improve overall health outcomes.
Daymark’s goal is to enable the greatest recovery, independence, and life enhancement outcomes for every person and family served.
