Daymark offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full time and part-time  employees (working a minimum of 30 hours per week) that perfectly enhances our compensation.  This package includes:

Medical and Dental Insurance

Medical and Dental insurance is provided through Cigna and is available to employees on a pre-tax basis.

Vision Care Insurance

Vision care insurance is provided by EyeMed and is available to employees and dependents.

Term Life Insurance

Term life insurance is provided to all benefits eligible employees free of charge in the amount of one times the employee’s annual salary.  Employees also have the option to voluntarily purchase additional  insurance to enhance coverage for themselves and spouse and children.  Our life insurance provider is UNUM.

Accidental Insurance

Daymark offers voluntary insurance coverage to benefit-eligible employees who are enrolled in one of the high deductible health plans.  This provides income protection in case of an accidental absence from work.  This does not cover spouse of dependents.

Short Term Disability

Benefits eligible employees can purchase short term disability insurance to provide income during times of extended medical absence, also provided by UNUM.

Long Term Disability

Benefits eligible employees can purchase Long Term Disability insurance to provide income during times of extended medical absence, also provided by UNUM.

401(k)

Daymark offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan in which all employees can participate.  Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis, providing further savings.  Company matches on up to 6% of the employee’s contributions are reviewed annually.  First Citizens is the plan administrator.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

A health spending account (HSA) is available with one of the High Deductible Health Plans.  This allows eligible employees to have pre-tax dollars set aside as dental, health, and insurance premiums in a savings account that is owned by the employee..

Employee Assistance Program

An employee assistance program is available to all employees from day one.  Many services and resources are available free of charge to employees, provided by McLaughlin Young.

Clinical Supervision

Daymark provides in-house clinical supervision for our provisionally licensed staff.

Training

Daymark offers a very robust training calendar for employees and others, providing many classes approved for CE credits.  Training is delivered at convenient times and locations by knowledgeable staff and experts.
